Deposit: We require a minimum of a one night deposit to your Visa or MasterCard to guarantee your room. Or, if you prefer, you may send a check for a one night's stay.

Cancellations: Our business depends on advance reservations and cancellations affect us significantly. We understand that situations come up and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. However, because of our "off the beaten track" location, cancellations are hard to fill, and drop-ins just do not drop-in.
Your deposit will be cheerfully refunded if your single room cancellation is made 14 days prior to your arrival date. A multiple room cancellation must be made 30 days prior to your arrival date. If cancellation is necessary within the 14 to 30 day limit, we will make every attempt to rebook your room or rooms for you. However, as a condition of your reservation, you agree that your credit card on file at Winter Clove Inn will be charged the appropriate required deposit.

Please note: Late arrivals or early departures will be charged per original reservation. For weddings and special events, the deposit and cancellation policies may vary.
